Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have recently begun using monday.com. I use it to organize employees and their activities as it relates to assignments for work.

Pros

  • Keeps my work organized.
  • Allows me to connect with others in the office.
  • Allows me to visually see work flow.

Cons

  • Initial use instructions could be clearer. Starting with a "how to basic".
  • Allow connecting boards to be created with simplicity.
  • Time-saving.
  • Project management.
Once things were explained to me, I was able to use monday.com in the proper capacity. This made my work easier.
We were able to learn how to understand things using monday.com with help from the support team. This allowed us to be more productive.
monday.com has always functioned without any glitches. Allowing access to boards and information easily accessible.

I needed to delegate a specific duty to a member of our team. Being able to create a board for them to let them know exactly what I wanted to be done allowed me to have time to do other things.
