Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Its has always been quite difficult at the start of the year to get all the tasks dictated by the annual budget written out, organised and delegated to the correct people. This helps us plan for the year and gives everyone within the team the means to begin tasks, and complete them, allowing the team to see where we are all at.
We use Monday.com to help us with all of that, and to great effect.

Pros

  • Stylish
  • Easy to use
  • Organisation

Cons

  • Perhaps some more interfaces, or reporting/dashboard functionalities
  • More customisation
  • Easier for admin to add other users, I found this step a little tricky
  • I would say increased level of employee adoption for sure - helps with team colab
  • No ROI as such just yet, but the platform is absolutely value for money
  • A big help with managing team objectives
I would say the system is incredibly user friendly. I had one little issue with adding team members and allocating jobs, but that is been very picky, hence the 9, but I would say overall the platform has been very intuitive, and extremely easy-to-use. I like the overall look and simplicity of the home page view.
I have not needed to use the support team, but I dont think I have been reached out by a customer success manager as if yet (forgive me if im wrong!).
The platform is very reliable, always works when I need it so no issues there. The performance is fine, always fast and slick. Have not seen any down time as of yet so I would say the experience of using the system is 10/10 in terms of usability and reliability.

We use Monday.com to plan all of our marketing initiatives, It's a great tool to plan all activates, set timings and deadlines, and allocate jobs to team members. It also helps to see an overview of what needs completing. I very much like the ease of use, and the visual look of the platform.

I recently suggested we use the platform also to help with our new partnership strategy too.
