We use Monday.com to collaborate with our Agency on Marketing assets, Social Media and keep our organized with our daily tasks and future objectives.

Monday.com is extremely easy to use and set up. Having used Salesforce in the past, it's not as user friendly and requires training and the assistance of developers to set up.
Quick replies and resolutions.
Able to complete tasks and manage tasks in a timely manner. High efficencies, great organization and customizable to meet your specific needs within your department.

Monday.com is well suited to keep departments organized and to provide a clean overview of work upcoming, pending and completed. It allows for team members to see what you are working on and allows management to understand each member's workload when delegating tasks. It also allows for new hires to understand the processes of that department and the steps to get things completed.
