Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Momday.com to keep my projects organized and track how many and the status of each project. The multimedia team is new to my department and with Monday.com I'm able to display the demand for our team.

Pros

  • Keeps track of how much time I spend on each project
  • I'm able to create new projects straight from the Outlook calendar
  • I'm able to divide projects into categories

I love Monday.com, but it's still lacking more templates integrating Outlook
I was never able to speak with anyone on the phone. Everything is by chat, and chat is excellent except for when I have to take screenshots of my problem, but I cant copy paste them into the chat. I have to save them as pictures and then upload them to the chat. It would be much faster if I could paste pictures into the chat
The performance is great, I'm really happy with it. From time to time, it will stop syncing but very rarely.

After discovering Monday.com, I recommended it to another college for another department, and she found it very useful. I love the visual part of Monday.com and how I can create charts to display numbers. Monday.com is a vital part of my Multimedia department to keep me on track and organized
