I use Monday for everything from project management to asset developement. I love Monday.com. It actually changed my life and career in fundamental ways.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Helps develop accountability between team members through shared deadlines and brief
Allows for continual review of creative (ads, copy, etc) through great feedback organization and threads
Helps maintain personal organization, deadline, and long-term projects lanning
Very versatile with endless templates and upgrades/customizations available for whatever you need

Cons

Needs better social media management solution - Airtable is superior but wish we could do it within Monday

Monday has been very easy to use - anything that I don't understand is easily googleable
