Monday for nonprofit
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use Monday for organizational structure. Monday has helped us ease some internal processes as a nonprofit and allowed us to keep track of our work. It has also been a great manager for HR-related processes (such as requesting day offs, etc.) and onboarding people. Finally one of the most significant help we have been able to get via Monday is the possibility of keeping better track of grant proposals.
Pros
- Helps orginize internal HR processes
- Keeping track of grant proposals
- Give organizational structure to the team
Cons
- Better integrations from Monday to Google
- Vissibility of boards should be more user-friendly
- Tutortials to Monday.com
- Time savings in team managment
- Easier set up of internal processes
- Increased productivity for grant reporting
- Better filing of documentation
I think the Monday has led us to be more organized internally. From grant reporting to taking days off, it has allowed us to keep better track of our processes and team. It also has made onboarding processes easier. One of the bigger helps was in terms of grant reporting. Grant reporting is a very big process with many sub-items, and as a small team it allows us to be better coordinated for this processes.
