monday.com is easy to use. Creating new boards or managing boards with multiple stakeholders is very straightforward. It can be confusing when you're working on projects that span multiple workspaces though and require many teams to collaborate. Especially, if you're being tagged in comments in multiple workspaces. I don't use monday.com on my mobile device but I will look into it.

I've never personally worked with a dedicated Customer Success Manager from monday.com. However, my direct manager has. I believe his experience is positive. We have been able to build boards and configure our team boards to suit our needs without a lot of effort. monday.com has been easy to use and provides our team with enough flexibility that we don't need to really customize a lot.

monday.com is particularly helpful when you're working on multiple projects, with fluctuating deadlines and many different stakeholders. You can easily adjust timelines, tag stakeholders in comments, and track project completion within your boards. monday.com makes it easy to assign tasks with others and quickly see where projects are stalled out.
