Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com allows all the relevant stakeholders use the same board and understand the exact status of each task. We don't need weekly syncs anymore, we have our board to communicate and all the context for each item is saved in one place. monday.com is very intuitive to use and I'm sure I will take it with me to every place I will need to manage tasks.

monday.com is easy to use and very intuitive. As soon as you learn how it works it's easy to build another board for another process or connect between boards. In the end, the structure is always the same- Lines and columns but a line can be a task/project phase/employee name/lead/etc.
There are a lot of templated answers and back and forth. I think the monday.com community is much better in a lot of cases.
monday.com is highly reliable, especially when we can track the downtimes on the status page.

I think monday.com will work best for a SMB that can have all (or most processes) in one place. From task and project management to knowledge base and also HR forms. In my experience, monday.com won't work as good with complex inventory/shift schedules etc. A company that now use several sheets and finds it hard to maintain them can really benefit from moving to monday.com
