I am the HR team project manager. I use Monday to manage cross-functional projects and initiatives prioritized during each OKR cycle. Monday helps me give all team leaders and project owners visibility about others' progress and ensure alignment. Each owner is capable of inputting their updates effortlessly and keeping the tracker will all relevant information about milestones and useful links. Monday bring the team together to make sure we are advancing in the same direction.

- Creation of templates and animations to save time in repetitive work
- Charts have some room for improvement, especially regarding the labeling
- For those team members who are not used to project management, sometimes the details can be overwhelming

Mondays deliver all that a Project Manager needs. An easy-to-update platform in which multiple stakeholders can participate with a simple invite, adding the updates as comments or uploading finished work. The dashboard and panels to follow progress works perfectly and allow all stakeholders to keep up to date with more important projects.
