Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use it daily for task assignments from my varying team members. We see assignment dates, descriptions, assigners, etc. We use it to track progress on said assignments.

  • Learning curve - explain how to use it in clearer ways
  • Time saving for communication between teams
It felt complicated when I first started using it, but once I've learned it better I was able to more seamlessly use it. I also feel like I still don't know all of its capabilities.

It is well suited for diverse and large groups of employees to collaborate on tasks. It integrates well with our other tools like Slack. It is less appropriate for brainstorming, and more appropriate for task organization.
