Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to help keep track of project progress and make it easier for material to be reviewed. I'm a graphic designer, so it's an amazing tool for being able to stay on track and keep branding consistent. Not everyone on the team has access to our on-site drive, so it's nice to be able to tag them in a project file they can use for reference. monday.com also works great as an archive where I can quickly refer to past projects and get a good idea for how long that type of project will take to complete.

Pros

  • Makes data input and workflow integration fun! Love the platform design.
  • Easy to assign team members to certain projects and know if someone has viewed status updates.
  • Progress bar is a great way to get a quick look at how each listed project is coming along. Love it!

Cons

  • Sometimes large PDF files (annual reports, flyer suites, etc) don't upload properly. Requires a few refreshes to fix that.
  • Definitely saves time for reviewing.
  • Helps complete projects with quick turn around deadlines
Pretty intuitive design and user experience. Probably makes project management as fun as it could get.
Good experience with our monday.com representative. Any issues (which have been pretty non-existent) are resolved fast.
Pretty quick reaction time and easy to use! Very minimal crashing and if that happens, usually it is because of our internet service provider.

This platform makes project management and team communication so much easier! Love the customization options and integrations made available. Also pretty easy to learn to use, so no need to deal with a hard learning curve.
