Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Great site for cross departmental collaboration, project management, documentation, and keeping track of how many projects go towards specific goals, timelines, project statuses.
I am a project manager so I am principle person using the boards. I am a workspace admin so can also add members, archive boards, delete members etc.

Pros

  • fun ux/ui experience

Cons

  • more robust emails and integrations about upcoming changes
  • easier to set up dashboards
  • easy setup of project management boards
  • increased employee adoption
  • kanban views and making things visually pleasing
new features are sometimes frustrating to figure out and adapt to but overall i love how intuitive the platform is and the sheer amount of integrations and workflow actions there are.
sometimes i cannot get our dashboards to work appropriately but i think thats more user error so its working great!

Best suited for integrations where it helps everyone understand what is going on with a project and time management.

It is less appropriate for people to come in and look at boards and get a quick highlight of the type of projects and how many projects there are in a board.
