Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com allows me to build out a social calendar for multiple brands within our organization. I love how it lets me add assets so I'm ready to get things scheduled and posted in a timely manner. I also use it to put in design requests with our Graphic Designers. I'm able to monitor progress so that we keep things on track.

It's easy to tag users so that they're notified of any changes to documents, project tasks, etc.
I've only needed support a handful of times, but they've been responsive with the chat feature.
monday.com generally works as promised, so it's been great in keeping our team aligned on projects.

monday.com is great for creating a detailed social media calendar - especially if you have a variety of brands your planning for on multiple platforms. It's also nice for keeping projects on track if you have some people in the office and others working off-site.
