Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a tool to better filter candidates and organizing them in groups. It adresses issues such as categorization of candidates helping having all the information of each candidate complete and comunicate within the team. We use it as a tool to also categorize candidates and positions giving them priorities. This allows the sales department to have a clear vision of importance of openings and status of candidates and openings.

  • It would be good to have more themes for monday.com.
  • It saves time filetring and approving candidates.
  • Enabeling having better communication with the team and with the leads.
It is very easy to understand and flow with the interface. All of the team got pretty used to the tool really quick
We've never experienced major issues in the past, and when we've had communication with monday.com has been really fast.
Working with monday.com has prove to be helpull in several ways. Specializing in dividing and categorizing several departments of the company specially TA related

The best scenarios that comes to my mind are for sales funnel and for leads generation funnel.
Also for categorizing and filtering candidates in an HR department.
Categorizing and dividing projects.
