Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Project, media, and event management

Pros

  • communication within team
  • communicate with outside vendors
  • track progress of projects

Cons

  • sometimes notifications don't work or get jumbled
  • auto set up color status across entire account
  • easier to find items in archive
  • less time on email
  • increased employee communication
  • easy status updates for projects
Works great for me and most employees. Have had 1 or 2 employees face difficulty with adoption.
Have not tried using support, have not had any issues to escalate to the this level so I have not tried using support for monday.com and I don't think my team has either.
In my experience, it seems like quarterly something happens and I don't see notifications like I need to. Could be bad network or monday.com glitch, not sure but hasn't caused any major problems.

Great for teams that are in different locations. Works great for the 6-7 people I need to communicate with regularly. Significantly cut down on constant emails.
