Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for task assignment and ticket follow-up. Being a company that provides services to thousands of clients attended by various collaborators, it's very useful for us to have a quick and simple way to access the interaction history regarding the complaint. This involves viewing files, photos, and videos related to it, which are uploaded by different individuals who interact to resolve the ticket. The online updates allow everybody to see the real-time status of every ticket. We have better control over collaborators' time spent on the platform, including their last updates, etc. Automations allows us to simplify tasks. We keep track of deadlines,

Sharable boards to add colaborators are the best. Everybody can have visibility of the status of the tasks. Help desk can inquiry people on the field for more information. Adding photos is great to help understand problems and solutions. Not that easy to use from the phone with multiple boards.
