Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I utilize it for organizing and sharing all individualized project information. A one stop shop for my colleagues. I upload documents, keep pertinent, customized tabs for all data needed per project and can upload into a data excel spreadsheet to report info as well.

Pros

  • importing data from an excel is user friendly
  • automations are useful
  • customization is user friendly

Cons

  • syncing information from one program to another. (ie, Salesforce and Monday)
  • easy to duplicate from another board and make changes so you are not having to recreate every board from scratch
  • looking forward to trying out AI Assistance, I think this could be very useful
very user friendly, automations work great once you understand how to use, certain templates are helpful and duplicating and updating in bulk saves you time when importing data. Sometimes updating can be very tedious, need a better way to update in bulk when you can't import data.
I have yet to have to use support for this program, but I would rate a 10 due to that.
makes organizing manageable and that gives me more time to take care of the project but keeps all my colleagues informed in real time when I make updates or assign something to them

I find it very helpful in organizing information and sharing data and info with others. because i have several places to enter in he same info it would be nice to be able to sync this data into other programs easily.
