Not just an organizational tool
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com is in use in many different facets throughout the company. My particular usage is to view, repsond, edit, claim and await info of warranty claims. Members in, and some outside, the organization are encouraged to use monday.com to respond to requests and inquiries involving original monday.com entry. Multiple groups utilized within just our department.
Pros
- Sorts, organizes and displays
- Real time notifications for items that need attention
- Communication is formulated similar to social media. Easy to use
Cons
- Need find feature similar to CTRL + F feature in windows
- Would be nice to be able to set a notification for when an update is viewed. A sort of "delivery report" feature.
- A feature to allow someone not in the group to view one particular update without adding the person to group.
- Every dollar can and should be tracked using this platform
I would say near perfect. Only non perfect have been some, few and far in between, non notifications where I didn't receive an email or notification of any kind.
