Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com on a daily basis for all my business tasks. I have used it to create a complete bespoke CRM system for my tiny business. This includes a log of my contacts, current projects, supplier information, marketing calendar, web bookmarks, and so much more. It is so easy and intuitive to use and the automation feature saves me hours of unwanted admin every day. A fabulous product, well recommended.

The software is very intuitive indeed. it is ever so simple to create boards, add columns and organise data. There are plenty of additional features to display information and these can be added very quickly.
I haven't had the need to chat to customer support that often, but when I have they've answered my queries very well.
Uptime has been very good indeed. I've only had one small issue where I couldn't create a board for some reason, but that was resolved after a 5-minute delay. Everything else has worked as expected.

monday.com is incredible at holding and referencing data. It allows me to create multiple links between boards and also has the ability to create a self-referencing link. This is brilliant for me as a garden designer. I have a large table of plant, flower and tree details. I can self-reference one plant to many others so that I can always know what plants make good design companions with others. The other top-notch feature is the monday.com Document, a self-enclosed web page for each record of data. As far as limitations go, it has a very good mobile interface but this is a little limited, especially when editing.
