Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com on a daily basis for all my business tasks. I have used it to create a complete bespoke CRM system for my tiny business. This includes a log of my contacts, current projects, supplier information, marketing calendar, web bookmarks, and so much more. It is so easy and intuitive to use and the automation feature saves me hours of unwanted admin every day. A fabulous product, well recommended.

Uptime has been very good indeed. I've only had one small issue where I couldn't create a board for some reason, but that was resolved after a 5-minute delay. Everything else has worked as expected.
