Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

At my company, we primarily use monday.com for either project management or for work management within teams. From a project management perspective, I have used the tool to start-up, guide, track and implement projects from development to individual campaigns from start to end. The business problem addressed here is that tasks of the projects need to be properly organised and have a clear timing. From a work management perspective, monday.com is an easy to use tool to create and keep track of team roadmaps to make sure every team member can work in an organised way.

  • There is no option to archive sub boards within a monday.com board

monday.com is really easy to integrate with other tools. Also, the vast amount of templates readily available makes it easy to start and easy to quickly start managing your projects via monday.com. Finally, while creating new boards, automations, integrations, monday.com is remarkably easy to use and you do not need to be a developer to build your board.
As a company, we are happy with the support we receive from monday.com on a periodic basis. When there are important updates with the tool that we as a company should be aware of, they are always shared with us in a timely manner. Furthermore, once we have questions, they are solved in time.
monday.com barely sees issues to the platform, which means that we as a company can use monday.com reliably. We have seen an issue lately, but as mentioned before in my review, monday.com is always quick when issues arise and our CSM is very willing to solve our issues in a timely manner.

In my opinion, monday.com seems to be well suited when you are in the middle of project management. Then, the tool is particularly useful in creating roadmaps, keeping track of the projects via all sorts of dashboards and overviews, while also collaborating with all different stakeholders within one board/project. I think monday.com seems less useful to manage your day to day activities. It is a bit less suited for activity logging and activity tracking.
