Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has helped me remain organized in my day to day work. I use it to document the projects and tasks that I am currently working on and include enough detail to know what I have accomplished and what still needs to be worked on. Since becoming a manager it has been very helpful to see updates on projects my team is working on. monday.com is very easy to use and very helpful in my success!

I gave this rating because it has been vital for my success in my position. It is where I start my day to remain organized and easily see what needs to be worked on. Without monday.com my ability to have oversight and project manage would be limited. monday.com is a great tool to use.
I have not had to reach out to monday.com support as monday.com has functioned perfectly for me. It gives me the tools that I need to complete my job to the full extent. If i have to use monday.com support in the future I am sure that they would be able to meet my needs.
monday.com has been nothing but reliable and I have had no issues completing what I needed to complete.

monday.com is great for small tasks and BAU type projects. You can very easily document what you are currently working on and keep everyone up to date. For larger projects, monday.com might not be the best tool. Things can get messy very quickly when trying to document and track a large project.
