This helps us keep focused on the tasks that are important.

Pros

  • Tracking progress of tasks
  • Assigning tasks to employees
  • Dashboard access of projects and completion status

Cons

  • The mobile version of the app could be a little less clunky.
  • I do not like the constant emails from the website.
  • easier setup of project tasks
  • easier collaboration during meetings
I believe the overall usability is great and can be modified to accommodate almost any business. I do wish there were a few more customized items in the free version, but then they wouldn't make money.
monday.com is great for our company as the 3 of us are usually in different time zones. This allows us to see everything in real time as well as collaborate when we are free.
