Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

The marketing agency I work for uses monday.com to manage all of our projects. As the operations manager I am responsible for implementing every project in monday.com. We use it to track project progress, track time, manage todo lists and so much more. monday.com is a great tool to help us all stay organized and on the same page and we use it religiously.

  • Time tracking to ensure our pricing is correct

monday.com is extremely easy to use at a basic level. I think it is very powerful and if used correctly has so much potential but past the basic set up of board it is not as user friendly to implement more complex functions.
I have experienced a few times where monday.com was down ironically they have all been on Modnay mornings. Never for long periods though and it has not affected business.

I think monday.com is well suited for my small team of 6. It is easy to keep organized and see an overview of all projects and what everyone is working on. I would be hesitant to recommend monday.com to a larger organization as I believe it would get complicated quickly but i think with the propper set up it can be a good fir for just about any company because it is so customizable.
