Organization Charts, Pilots, updates and tasks for Training Programs.

  • Visibility for other team members to view
  • Communication options like leaving comments, subitems, attachments, like button

Cons

  • Adding subitems to subitems
  • Viewing full text within the column box instead of a pop out bubble for temporary viewing
  • Easier setup of project management boards
  • Transparent communuication
  • Various organization techniques

When I first started using monday.com I felt overwhelmed at first, but then I realized I felt this way because all the features are so useful and creative for just about anyone's liking. It is flexible and offers various ways on how you want to utilize the website.
I have never used the 24/7 customer service because I have never had any issues with Monday.com.
This has impacted my work tremendously since my team is working from different time zones. My communications can be seen immediately and that helps keep our productivity to meet important deadlines.

In my experience, multiple team members can make updates and changes to a Board in real time, and this helps with timing, especially if your team members are in different time zones. And showing progress on assigned tasks and status updates with deadlines.
