Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use it to make my monthly calendar, see my daily tasks, measure how much time my tasks take

Pros

  • Time charts
  • Colour coding
  • Board management

Cons

  • Copying a task without having the word copy in them
  • Being able to go on ooo mode at a specific time
  • Time saving
  • Easier project management
It’s easy to use but other features are a bit tricky and require some time to understand and tweak
I never tried to use the customer support
