Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has helped my social team cultivate an effective system for our company. With so many different points, rewards, and gift cards it becomes hard to keep our clients aware of what they have an when it expires. monday.com has helped us continue to stay on top each clients rewards and points in their account. This has helped us being in revenue that we have otherwise been missing due to a lack of an effective system in place. This has also helped our marketing director stay on top and organized with email blasts and other important aspects of her job. I cannot recommend monday.com enough. I think everyone can benefit from this website in any business.

  • When duplicating a task not having "copy" on each duplication
  • Have seen a huge jump in ROI
This has been extremely user friendly. With people ranging in age that are using monday.com everyone has been able to adapt to the new system. We see very minimal confusion when it comes to creating a new section, tab, etc. This has been a game changer for our company. Its always scary to add a new system due to the level of user friendly - this was NOT the case with monday.com the transition has bee seamless.
Thus far we have not had to contact support but I am no doubt in my mind that this is just as amazing as the rest of the system is.
The overall performance of monday.com has been amazing. We are able to see our progress in real time and it generates number as quickly as I put them in. This has created and allowing a smooth system to help us across the board here at our company.

This tool helps track revenue and other extremely important variables for us here at Aurora Medical Spa. It has allowed up to see growth month to month, and or where we can improve. It has helped paint a clear picture of where we stand with our clients and missed opportunities that we previously had with them. This is allowing up to capitalize on so many clients that have been lost over the years. We have connected and brought back familiar faces with easy thanks to monday.com. I personally do not have enough good things to say about amazing tool.
