Ui is easy to understand but there are obvious missing features and simple funcionality that other competitor software has
The response time is fast but it doesnt help if the answer is always that is not possible
We are happy with the core functionality but we will not be using monday.com in the future as it titles itself an all in one solution but the longer we use it the worse it becomes to really adapt our processes to it
