We use it to give out tasks and do general team and employee management

- All in one solution
- Easier employee managing
- Keeping track of current projects
We are happy with the core functionality but we will not be using monday.com in the future as it titles itself an all in one solution but the longer we use it the worse it becomes to really adapt our processes to it
