Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used at our company to track and organize job we have running through our shop. It helps us keep a well organized log of what we are working with on a daily bases. It's also helpful to keep track of peoples work load as if certain department have more work than we can handle at a time.

Pros

  • It helpful in uploading documents and keeping it sorted and easy to acess
  • It is very helpful in reminders of when things are due or approaching due date
  • automation feature to alert people outside organization that thier job is complete is very helpful

Cons

  • Automation to be more custom such as having a feature that can integrate two different boards.
  • Search feature on the IOS app is not very good in tracking down a lot.
  • Saved up to 30 minutes to find folders of jobs from the past. We can go into Monday search history and save a ton of time to look up old projects we have worked on. With documents attched and time line.
  • Have helped us communicate with our customer as to status of project instead of emailing detailed information daily they can check through guest accounts.
Buttons are large and colorful they are easily identifies. Search everything feature is quite great as is can pick up anything we may need help looking for. Extremely easy to keep things organized. It could use some improvement in integration system, as it's hard to transfer information from one board to the other.
Monday.com support is very responsive, and they follow up with you even after to assure your concerns or questions were addressed. You can communicate through chat phone or email provides great option. They email issues affecting their platform very often and is great to know before hand that things are not working as well.
features work very well. such as automation which is very helpful to not need to remember to communicate when things or tasks have been completed. Overall experience has been very well received by my collogues as they are able to extract input information very easily. search feature is great to work from.

Monday.com is well suited for companies that work on multiple projects at once within the company. It helps people stay organized and it has lots of room to hold documents. It is not helpful in transferring information from department working such and engineering to production or purchasing it should have an easier way to relay information and convert to different boards.
