Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for multiple things - project planning, job dissemination, licensing and credentialing planning, precertification tracking and for personal tasks. Senior leadership uses monday.com the most so that the large and important projects can be tracked and people can see where we are at in the process. monday.com helps us stay organized.

Initially it is very confusing and difficult to navigate. It is not intuitive at all in my opinion. Many of our new employees struggle with it. After some time you figure it out but it is not easy to find things. As far as setting up a board goes, that is fairly simple.
I have never had to use customer service for monday.com before. I am sure they are great and helpful.
monday.com is reliable and consistent, in my experience it always works how it is supposed to

monday.com is capable of a lot. For large projects or long projects it is perfect. It might be a bit of overkill for just personal use. For example, tracking daily tasks may be too simplistic for it. It would still work and help you track but you wouldn’t be using monday.com to its full capacity.
