Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track projects, tasks, to do lists, event planning, and participant management.

Pros

  • Forms and the visuals created from them
  • The automations make boards really useful, especially being able to send an email after someone submits something.
  • Helps to keep history of things I check in with my staff about.

Cons

  • Forms - being able to customize them even more, with pictures etc.
  • It is pricey for smaller organizations that need something to help them stay organized. Like non-profits.
It is fairly easy to use and also to figure out and trouble shoot.
It's helpful to have assistance 24/7
It has definitely made work smoother and more efficient
