Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com primarily for project management. We have used many tools in the past but nothing has met our needs better than monday.com. The tool is easy to use and integrates well with other systems. It is easy to view and access other's boards as well so the team can easily stay on task. We love it!

Cons

  • must be very tech savvy to use
  • can be costly
  • increased employee adoption
  • easier setup of project management boards
It doesn't integrate with our email system which is frustrating but overall, it's a great tool.
I have never used this feature.
We have never had any issues with reliablity or uptime.
