Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We first started using Monday.com to solve our business processes inside our company and with the clients as well. Currently some of the processes we manage with Monday.com are:

-Customer relationship
-Project management
-Daily work management
- Leave management
- Asset management
- Consulting
- etc
We are planning to expand our scope with ChatGPT through Zapier as well.

Pros

  • Autmations
  • Visuality
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to develop forms

Cons

  • Forms would be nicer if we could be able to change the appearence (eg. change the location of the data input areas, add frames, shadows)
  • Moving an activity to another board sometimes doesn't work, sometimes does.
  • Would have been nice to have the add function ability in our plan
  • We gained the ability to minimize the work steps to smaller parts for agile management
  • Whole team know where we are on a certaing topic or project
  • With easy form management we can easily create our excel forms on Monday. Which brings additional security.
With minimum training it is very easy to create anything on Monday.com.
According to our staff CSM is very quick and friendly on solving problems. My staff has mentioned his name more than once. Thanks a lot.
In the first months we were not able to use the forms, but since we found out it was because forms somehow entered the governments banned sites list, it is solved very quickly by your staff.
Other than this we don't have a problem with the uptime and reliability.
Would have been nicer if we could be able to reach our boards but still pretty fast.

For the processes run on forms Monday.com would be well suited. Between departments, suppliers and clients as well.
I feel like for the processes which has to run through more than 2 deparments Monday.com cannot be sufficient. This is me saying this right now. I may change this answer as we develop new boards, forms and automations in the future.
