Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to track all of my daily tasks and open projects. I also document all of my teams quarterly reviews and professional development. I know exactly where to find something when needed as monday.com allows me to have various boards for different topics and multiple ways to add fields and other items in order to efficiently and effectively organize my entire work life.

There is certainly a learning curve and hard to know the true capabilities of monday.com but believe it really is user friendly from the get go and they provide resources to help you navigate.
Any time I have had a question, Customer support has responded very quickly. I have been very pleased with the service and responsiveness.
Prior to using monday.com I would keep open projects in multiple different folders and locations on my desktop or in our server. I was constantly having to remember where I stored these items. With monday.com I know they are all in one place and I have it open all day long so I can easily access and bounce to whatever is needed. It is amazing how efficient this has made me. My to-do list was also something that was in various documents, but now I can organize my entire week through monday.com and see my progress. I am thankful for the impact this product has had in my day to day.

When working on a project or running document with another teammate, monday.com allows you both to access and amend and make notes in real time, and that is incredibly valuable. I also have all my agendas and items that need to be discussed with my team in one spot, versus digging in our system on our end which is multiple clicks and often can get lost. I do find I sometimes wish i could go one level deeper on the boards and have subitems of subitems, so that can become frustrating, but I have found ways to work around it.
