We use monday.com to organize our projects and what advertising assets will be needed for each area. For us, this is helpful in knowing when to start the project, when it needs to be completed by or when it needs to be ordered or distributed
- Clear to read
- Color coding for breaking up projects
- sends notifications when you are tagged in something
- Too many areas that may not be needed
- the average date range that shows up at the bottom is sometimes confusing
- more colors for color coding
- Allowed for multiple teams within a department to collaborate
- assign tasks and manage when they get completed by the team member
- saves time in writing things down or trying to keep track on your own
This allows me to work much quicker and see in one place when things are on time or overdue. It makes my workflow much easier and it also allows us to see when things are getting done as well as how many things are getting done
