Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it for project management, task management and contact management
  • Tracking and sharing tasks and contact
  • Contact management
  • I like the monday docs feature but it needs some upgrades
  • Ability to search monday docs
  • Ability to filter "My Work" by contacts, assignees, tags, etc
  • It has provided a shared contact, task and project management source
The templates I have used are good... but I have not used many
I don't know as I have not used it.
I have not noticed any downtime

monday.com & Collaboration

We create and assign tasks within monday.com. It allows us to see where everyone stands on the task list so we can provide help as needed
a 7 or 8... which is good. Th
ere are better project management tools but monday has all the basic features and its integration with CRM, collaboration, etc. makes it an excellent solution

Using monday.com

1 - We are delving into the technical features of monday so it takes little time or expertise to support our needs... at least at this time :)

  • We setup boards for clients with ongoing projects. Invite the clients to their board and use the board to manage meetings, record meeting notes and assign tasks
  • I hate to admit it but I have not investigated the tool with enough depth to know
Its a good, solid tool and there is no reason for us to switch

Evaluating monday.com and Competitors

Yes - We swapped a number of years back and I don't remember the name. It did not have a strong cloud service version

Ease of use was the most important. It was not going to be helpful to install a system that no one felt comfortable using
I would not change either. I think we made the correct choice

monday.com Support

We did not purchase premium support and we have never had a need to contact the standard support. That is why I answered "neutral" to all the support questions.
We have never had a need to contact support... I think that is exceptional!
