Useful & Innovative Tool!

It's been super useful and intuitive to use and our team has benefitted significantly from a tool like this.

One thing that has been difficult is to find someone to help us optimize our current workspaces and our workflows on Monday. Since we're not on the Enterprise plan, we don't have access to a customer success manager and it's very difficult for us to get access to these folks too, so a lot of our effort has been focused on hiring external resources to help us optimize.

It's helped us tremendously to keep track of all of our work, go back to some tasks and keep track of documents shared. It's less appropriate for primarily documentation and record-keeping as other tools have similar functionality. Monday.com has an edge in that it has the capacity to do both.
