I regionally managing enhancements, version releases and projects for my business.

Pros

  • Helps with planning
  • Helps with setting deadlines
  • Helps with setting and communicating success criteria

Cons

  • Allow more unregistered users to view boards.
  • Clear task tracking
  • easy setup of project management boards
  • Excellent for monthly board reports
Even without the templates it's easy to read, use, understand. I've used monday.com 4 years ago and coming and using it was easier than i expected.
The features and design has made monday.com easy to use and helped me give the rest of my business the best oversight of all product and projects.
