Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We currently use monday.com for our PPM solution. As our PPM solution, we use it to track project intake, selection, execution, and project reporting. The problems we were having prior to this tool was that no one had insight to project status, ownership, timelines, or even what projects we were currently undertaking.

In my experience, monday.com was definitely designed with simplicity in mind. It was very easy to use, setup, and continue learning. The templates and pre-made automations make it really easy to teach yourself how to use it more effectively. My favorite part about monday.com is how flexible it is. Sometimes I will watch people build other low code softwares and I can replicate their builds in monday.com
Very little downtime or outages. When there are outages it's always back up quickly and easy to follow on the support page.

monday.com is a fantastic tool and so easy to use. I think every company sized 10-100 could immediately benefit from using monday.com as a work management platform. I think larger companies can benefit as well, but I was blown away at how easy it was to set up and begin receiving value which is why I say every small company needs this.
