We use monday.com to manage our workflow and allocate our creative jobs to designers

I love the colours and simplicity of it. I would like there to be more differentiation in board design to make it easier to see which board is which.
The customer service team at monday.com are great, with loads of self-help resources in addition to quick, rapid responses from the team. This makes monday.com hugely accessible to many.
monday.com is quick and efficient, super user friendly.

monday.com is great to ensure nothing slips the net. All jobs are logged automatically and we then further assign the jobs to a user. This allows us to work through in chronological order as well as in order of priories to get tasks done quickly and efficiently. It further allows us to flag when someone is overloaded with work and therefore might need help from another designer.
