Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I like that you are able to have multiple boards for different areas so it can all be organised. You are easily able to dump a lot of information into monday.com seamlessly and add timelines, team members, notes and much more. This has really helped me to prioritise my tasks accordingly and stay on top of things, especially when coming back from vacation I was able to use monday.com before I left so I could come back to a clear to-do list with minimal stress

monday.com lets my team flexibly organize, transparently streamline, manage complicated projects with its intuitive platform. It's so easy, but absolutely professional.
There really isn't anything I dislike. monday.com is so versatile and meets all of my needs as a Department head. Never had a chance to use customer support.
I love how easy it is to create different project boards on monday.com. There are dozens of different board types that you can create to meet all of your project management needs.

I love how organized and granular we can get within the platform, going from separating projects by all types of categories (which can be customized according to your business needs) to have it integrated with your calendar and other tools to make life easier and processed more automated.
