Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday is our “do-it all” tool. We run HR proceses using automation flows, assets inventory, external and intercompay sales, budgeting, e-learning repository and the most important, we control all our consultants team by assigning tasks managing our projects. Monday is the one and only IT tool we need to run our business, so I can’t delimit a scope because it is everywhere inside the company

Pros

  • Monday flows offer infinte options to create apps to get information from our employees and deliver it to the right person
  • Monday is a real reporting tool. We use dashboards to view our sales information in a very friendly way
  • Usability is great. Our people can start to use it with almost non prior Monday experience. You can beca power user in a few practice hours.
  • Documentation is really good
  • Monday uptime is perfect. We never had availability problems
  • Interface improving is great

Cons

  • Some Mac gestures are a little annoying while using Monday
  • It is sometimes slow to view board updates
  • Adding files in the updates column can be be confusing for a new user
  • We are not measuring ROI for it but it is obviously highly positive.
  • We are using Monday from the begining so we can’t compare with a different scenery where we do not use it
I love it but sometimes I have some problems while using gestures from my Mac because they can cause undesired effects on the Monday app
Monday service is so good. I can’t remember the last time we needed suport
Monday uptime is simply perfect. We’ve never had ant problem about it.

I can’t think in an scenario where Monday can’t perform well.

We startet to use monday as project managenent tool but it gradually became in our do it all tool, replacing the need of having an intranet, because it allows us to keep organized all our information without the need of complex backups and giving us all collaborative work advantages
