Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is our project management system. We use it as a central place to list and score ideas, share and track our initiatives, and measure our OKRs.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Keeps me organised
  • Customization - love that I can create and organise my own boards tailored specific projects

Cons

  • Search function could be better. It takes me a few tries and clicks to find boards I haven't used in a while, or documents I am trying to duplicate.
  • I love that I don't have to create my own charts and task lists in Google Sheets.
  • Easy to share progress with teams. No need to write email updates - you just tag them in the board or enter your update right in monday.com.
  • My team lives in monday.com - so having everyone use the same task list/project management tool is amazing.
Very user friendly. Love how I can customize my boards. Only area for improvement is that I can't always find what I am looking for. Search functionality can be improved.
Super reliable. Very impressed with the mobile version too. Couldnt believe how easy it was to navigate and how it was the exact replica of the desktop version.

I manage our content calendar for my companies blog. All blog ideas, scheduling, final copy, etc. all live in monday.com. It's literally the most helpful tool. I look forward to updating it daily bc monday.com makes it so easy.
