Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com as my to-do list. I mostly use a board dedicated to me. My superiors send me translations, I rearrange them in order of priority with the deadlines given. I can sort my tasks quickly thanks to the priority, the status and the dates columns and I can organise them per groups for example "weekly tasks" "future projects" "marketing" "social media, etc... It makes work way easier to know where I am at and what is left to do and plan what's coming. I can easily update the rest of my team on where I'm at with my tasks, as soon as it's done it automatically notifies them. It's also very easy to get help on a task with the comments.
Pros
- automation rules are great. Once I click on archive in the status column I created a rule that automatically sends the task to archive.
- Have different groups on the board to organise work better.
- The deadline on each tasks is easy to spot.
- It's very easy to attach any kind of documents to each tasks.
Cons
- More automations
- time saving organising projects
So far all the features have been working. They are very easy to find, to understand how they work and to use. I haven't had any issues with monday.com features that required contacting customer support. It makes my experience with monday.com easy and I save a lot of time managing my tasks.
