Very user friendly - even new people we add are able to get the hang of it super quickly
Personally have never used, but know others on our team have!
Features are great - love being able to see the boards in both the table view and the calendar view - helps in a deadline based business.

Love the easy customization and ability to create boards for different aspects of the company from print needs, to social needs to event needs, etc.

I already recommend this platform to others. It is such a clear and visually pleasing way to keep tasks organized and assigned across different departments of the company. Being able to assign and comment on pulses makes it super clear on who is accountable for what task and makes it simple to pass to the next person. The color coordination and customization of the platform makes it easy to get what you and your company are looking for out of the product, no matter what industry you are in. monday.com is super user friendly and helps keep all moving parts organized.
