Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to keep track of our internal projects and deliverables so that we all are on the same page. We also use it to assign responsibilities and roles so no one is doubling efforts. We also use it to gauge the time it takes to complete certain tasks and track hours.
Pros
- The boards are very customizable.
- The automations are intuitive and make processes easier.
- Assigning items to people is very easy.
Cons
- Time tracking could be better, we currently use the numbers column instead of time.
- There are some automations that we weren't able to locate, though I can't remember the exact examples right now.
- We have certainly saved time in project management.
- We are able to be more efficient because we have monday.com
Every now and then, especially when adding a long list of items to a group, the platform will bug out and need to be refreshed. Also, sometimes automations can take some time to respond and react properly. Other than these two minor things, the reliability and uptime has been great.
