Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
At my company, we use Monday to track our business with customers from sale to fulfillment. When a customer makes a purchase with us, we add it to our Monday board, and our different departments will make updates based on where we are in our processes using our custom made statuses. We also heavily rely on Monday for personal to-do lists.
- Automations, such as custom notifications when a status is changed from from something to another, such as "Design in Progress" to "Done"
- Allowing for multiple boards for multiple projects.
- Extremely easy to use UI with drag and drop List items
- Integration with Slack for notifications on when a project is added to my to-do list.
- Honestly, it meets all of my needs, I don't need it to do anything else.

Everything is extremely reliable, especially the automated notifications that are sent to my email and Slack channel that alert me when a new project is added.
