Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for various projects and tasks. This is our main program for employees to communicate and adhere to deadlines. They type of issues that may occur are typically related to bugs in our website or templates and/or design needs.

8/10 - we only use automated features for specific forms, and most likely not using it to it's worth. From what we use, it's easy to navigate.
We have only used this CS experience a few times, from the calls and we have made it's been great and very successful. Super friendly staff and all questions to answers to effectively made.
Overall performance of features is 10/10. I love the fun emails, gifs, and way to communicate with employees. I have not had any issues w/ the features, and love that we are able to complete deadlines, add boards, and personalize each project.

monday.com is well suited for small/large organizations in which employees may work remote. It's useful for a manager to see what their employees are working on such as large projects, designs, videos, marketing, social media, and more. monday.com allows for others to see boards and comment for updates and questions. We love this program!
