Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it as a project management tool first and foremost, tracking the status and progress of projects. We also use it for retaining and tracking licensing in a couple of different ways. It addresses the problem of cross team collaboration, data retainage, tracking and managing both licensure due dates and project milestones.

It can be overwhelming for someone unfamiliar with the tool itself or coming in green to project management. it takes a lot of front end work to set it up correctly, but once it is it's a massive help. The ongoing updates and features and support are very good and help the learning curve. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive once it is set up.
We are not an enterprise account so we do not and can't speak to the dedicated customer support. The FAQ/help area is very useful and robust. I haven't used the training/orientation function but that is because I have used it for four years and it didn't exist to my knowledge at that time.
I have not experienced any downtime, the tool has been very reliable. The impact of this is crucial, as that doesn't even cross my mind as a risk. The features work as designed, I have not experienced any bugs or problems once everything is set up. My overall experience is that monday.com is a fantastic work management software when appropriately applied.

The specific use case that we began using monday.com for it is perfectly suited, as a project management tool. It is also useful for HR/management type functions, I use it as an employee roster where I can retain important information or issues or direct conversations documented. I think it is not as well suited for operations but that may be because I haven't figured out the correct use.
