Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it as a project management tool first and foremost, tracking the status and progress of projects. We also use it for retaining and tracking licensing in a couple of different ways. It addresses the problem of cross team collaboration, data retainage, tracking and managing both licensure due dates and project milestones.

I have not experienced any downtime, the tool has been very reliable. The impact of this is crucial, as that doesn't even cross my mind as a risk. The features work as designed, I have not experienced any bugs or problems once everything is set up. My overall experience is that monday.com is a fantastic work management software when appropriately applied.
