Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for a variety of functions within the company including loan pipeline management, automation of tasks within the loan process and notification of file status. We also have internal systems set up for time off calendars and secure sharing of company logins and passwords that can be updated in real time.

Pros

  • We love the automations set up to assign tasks to other team members.
  • The customer service is fantastic. I always get quick and helpful responses.
  • The variety and extensive list of automations, widgets and integrations available.

Cons

  • There are some automation ideas I've had that the software doesn't support yet.
  • Some features that would be very helpful for my small business are out of my budget and are not available a la carte.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Simplified communication.
I haven't used many integrations except for sending emails. It works great for this purpose.
I always get quick and helpful responses whenever I have a question for the support team.
It is up and functional almost all of the time. There has only been one period in the last three years where the automations weren't firing as scheduled, but it was corrected within 20 minutes and everything was back to working like normal. I appreciate the reliability to keep my team on task.

My favorite feature of monday.com is the automations. I have set up almost 100 automations that keep my team on task and up to date with what is needed for each loan during every step of the mortgage process. I love that it updates in real time and also sends emails and notifications for high priority tasks.
