Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to track our financial metrics, communicate, invoicing, employee, resources, employee directories, marketing campaigns.

Pros

  • The dashboards are excellent for seeing our results up against our goals.
  • The Facebook and Spotify widgets come in handy for sharing our feed and are Spotify playlist.
  • The forms are handy for when we’re out and about and not in front of our desks.

Cons

  • I’d love to have the logic set up a little bit differently more complex situations.
  • I’d love to be able to integrate a contract system where I can gather electric signatures.
  • I’d also love it if Mailchimp would integrate.

i love it!! but there are members on our team who need a little more instruction.
We are still integrating it with our current CRM
It’s very reliable and we appreciate that the app version has been updated.

monday.com is great for me however, there are some members on our team that aren’t used to using it. I do appreciate how much the app has advanced within the year. We’ve been using it. We are now able to view dashboards, which is really helpful.
